Room 4
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 95 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace, hair dryer.

Indoors 

The house was built with high standard of construction and insulation.
Upon entering, visitors will discover the huge entrance hall with a two storey ceiling, a sweeping Verdi gris railed staircase and marble floor. A large walk-in cupboard under the staircase has been included for the storage of all suitcases in order to keep the bedrooms clear. Off the hall is a coat cupboard and a 5th bathroom (with shower and toilet).
Guests can also find a fully equipped kitchen (located just across the hall), a large and elegant lounge (with patio doors which lead out to the outside lounge area, the barbecue and the pool terrace) and a library/home cinema room (with hand made breakfront bookcase along the whole of one wall and a large selection of books) which is connected to the lounge by double glazed doors. 
Thanks to its four beautiful bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. All bedrooms are approximately the same size, are similarly furnished, have en-suite bathrooms, large fitted wardrobes and a direct access to their own terrace.
A fully equipped laundry room can be found in the basement.


Outdoors​ 

The property offers large professionally landscaped gardens, which have been designed in formal Tuscan style to compliment the classical design of the villa (calcada stone paths, box hedging, clipped bushes, Italian cypresses, colourful trees, shrubs and sub tropical plants, fountains, benches, numerous urns and statuary...).
The villa has extensive terrace areas both on the ground and first floor of the property, to enable visitors to enjoy outdoor living to the full.
Guests will appreciate the covered terrace furnished as an outside lounge, the large terrace surrounding the pool, the main dining terrace (incorporating a pergola with an electric awning, a built in gas barbecue and an outside kitchen) and the first floor terrace (with dining area).
From the top roof terrace, there are 360 degree views of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding Quinta do Lago estate.
They will also enjoy the pool (12 x 6 metres), located is in the garden at the back of the villa, with underwater lights and curved walk in steps at the shallow end. 
The pool can be heated as a optional extra but, as it has a solar heating cover, this is not usually necessary in the Summer months.

Staff & Services

The price includes a maid service (5 days per week), the departure cleaning, the linen change (Tuesday and Friday except the Friday before the departure day). The rates also includes hotel style bathroom service with a selection of good quality soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and boxed tissues, as well as air conditioning throughout, gas barbecue, and garden/pool maintenance (weekly). 
There is also high speed (500 mbps) broadband and wi fi, cable TV with BBC and Sky (including Sky Sports), TNT Sport and international channels, streaming channels including Netflix, Prime (subject to personal subscription) and YouTube.
You will also benefit from on site security and emergency medical support 24/7.
Pool heating is £800 per week extra between June and September and £900 all other months. It must be requested in advance as, because of the size of the pool, it usually takes between 3 and 4 days prior to arrival to heat up.


Location

Villa Caetano is located in the Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, widely regarded as the most prestigious sector of this luxury resort as it is closest to the sea and has some of Quinta do Lago's finest properties. The house is situated in a large landscaped garden accessed through electric entrance gates operated by remote control. 
The Ria Formosa estuary and nature reserve is only 350 metres away and guests can walk from there along the nature trail to the famous bridge over the estuary which leads to the miles of unspoiled sandy beach.
The San Lorenzo golf course and club house is close by and there are numerous nature walks and cycle trails for you to enjoy.
The main windsurfing lake with the water-sports centre plus the popular Casa do Lago restaurant and The Shack bar is also within walking distance. Other restaurants within walking distance include those at the Quinta do Lago hotel, Casa Velha, Umami and the Bovino steakhouse.
