Villa Lilies is a beautiful and very spacious four bedrooms villa, set on a large plot, located in a quiet area of the exclusive Quinta do Lago resort and walking distance from the Quinta do Lago lake, with a wide range of water sports and two restaurants. All areas from this tastefully decorated property are very spacious and the floor in cream marble throughout which gives it a fresh feeling.
The villa is constructed on three floors. 


Indoors

Lower floor:
On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms. 
1 double bedroom with twin beds together, ensuite bathroom and a flat screen TV 
1 double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower

Ground floor:
The dining room, with a glass table ideal for eight persons. 
From here you can also access the living room with a generous area divided in seating area with three sofas and TV area with a fireplace, a sofa and two individual sofas, a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. Both the living and dining space have French windows that lead to a covered terrace and pool terrace.
A cloakroom.
The kitchen fully equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a breakfast area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

1 double bedroom with two twins beds together, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, with an adjacent dressing room, with sliding windows to the pool terrace, and a flat screen TV.

First floor:
On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom.
1 double master bedroom, contemporary ensuite bathroom with two basins, a flat screen TV, with a private terrace, and a separate dressing area.


Outdoors

The exterior is even more impressive with a massive plot mostly laid to lawn, colorful shrubs, exotic plants and palm trees, pine trees and at the same time offering total privacy. The rectangular swimming pool measures approximately 11 m x 5 m and pool heating is available upon request. Also on the outside common area you will be able to find BBQ facilities with a charcoal barbecue and a sink and also a table for al fresco meals.


Notes

Villa Lilies is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning system is available upon request. The cleaning service is daily from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays.
Pool heating is meter reading (gas): the charge will be according to consumption, daily cost estimate between 130 and 160€ for the 1st days, 90 to 100€ for the remainder, during the summer (15/06 - 15/09 the estimate is 50€ per day - Must be paid locally. - please note: after the heating has been switched on, the cancellation fee is 5 days of heating, the pool heating depends on ambient air temperature, customer care with cover and the dimensions of the pool.
